I've read all the quotes where Marx uses the term and it's impossible to gather that he was a racial supremacist in any sense of the word. He shouldn't have been using it, granted - but it's only fair to contextualize it - it wasn't uncommon for writers to use it at the time, as in the private correspondonce you're quoting.

That's not an accurate interpretation. Marx analysed capitalism and considered it contained the seeds of its own destruction. He did not advocate violence. He thought it was inevitable i.e it would happen as a result of the strains that capitalism produces. He was perhaps overoptimistic in thinking that it would inevitably be replaced by something better.
