BUT iv been drinking water all day, and despite my inactiveness, after a couple of weeks i noticed that one of my tighter pair if pants that i had just washed fit looser, then the next day at a party one of my friends said i looked a lil bit thinner, then the day after that my MOM told me i look smaller. so seriously guys DRINK WATER.
