I'm sure they do given the way they shift fields of fire to cover each other during certain segments. I think they don't get enough training time in a realistic environment, probably too much classroom/textbook stuff.

i normally hate ...
i normally hate youtubers critiquing stuff like this, but im gonna for a sec. these spetsnaz look fit and deadly, but not really for room clearing. they don't really have a system for dominating a room in this vid. and again, im no expert, but i believe its a big no-no to pause at the door entrance, better to go for it and get in hard and fast rather than present a target near the doorway where the guns will be trained. they need guys with designated fields of fire each time they enter a room.
